A Bloody Start

I am Salmis (read: "sAmi"). I am the Guild Master of Flat Earth Society on Twisting Nether (EU). I am a Blood Death Knight. Tanking is what I do, tanking is all I do.

Except now, I blog, too.

There are two reasons for this Blog.

(1) Try typing in "Blood DK Blog" into your favourite search engine. Then, try finding the information you need without either getting a terrible headache or without having to dig through tons of facts primarily NOT aimed at the Blood Death Knight.
We are a rarity. And by "we" I don't mean Blood DKs. I don't even mean "good tanks". I  mean educated tanks, I mean tanks who actually go and read up on tanking and tanks, who talk about tanking. I want to contribute by reducing the amount of those tanks by providing insight and information. I am going to be covering Blood Death Knight tanking more than anything else, but I will also be covering other topics pertaining to the art of tanking and being a good, well-informed and well-educated tank.

(2) The second reason is a Bear. And not any Bear, at that. It's Sunnier of Rocket Surgery on Whisperwind (US). She has a magnificent blog on Bear Tanking, she contributes to the Druid community and she makes fantastic videos (links to the right). She motivated me to start this blog and talk about Death Knights and tanking in general.

So lets get started.
